Sderot Mayor Eli Moyal expressed skepticism on Sunday morning about the Palestinian ceasefire that became effective moments earlier.
"I have mixed feelings about it," Moyal told Israel Radio, "I have already heard that two Palestinian movements have rejected it," he said.
