Sderot Municipality requested an injunction from the Industry, Trade & Labor Ministry and the Home Front Command that would prevent all senior workers, branch directors and secretaries from fleeing the town.
The municipality claimed that essential services needed to continue as usual in light of the emergency situation in the town.
Municipality workers will continue to work as usual.
