A gardener at the Nofei Golan High School was arrested Saturday in connection with the murder of 13-year-old Ta'ir Rada, who was found stabbed to death Wednesday in the Katzrin school.
The suspect, a Galilee resident in his forties, was the second man arrested in connection with the murder that shocked the quiet Golan Heights town.
