Hundreds of Palestinian security prisoners at the Ktzi'ot Prison were punished by prison authorities after they shouted out with happiness upon hearing of the suicide bombing in Tel Aviv which killed nine people on Monday afternoon.
Punishments included the cancellation of upcoming family visits and other privileges.
All other prisons were quiet following the bombing.
