Benny Sela, the convicted serial rapist who was captured on Friday after escaping police custody two weeks ago, will be designated a "high-risk" prisoner after he is returned to prison.
According to Channel 10, Sela will be confined to his cell 23 hours a day, will have no contact with other prisoners, and his visiting privileges will be severely curtailed.
