An administrative detention order was issued on Tuesday against a Yitzhar setter on the grounds that he was presenting a danger to the state's security. Ariel Gruner was ordered to serve three years in Shikma Jail.
Right wing activist Itamar Ben-Gvir said that the ruling was undemocratic. "This is a terrible case of silencing. If there is evidence against the suspects they should be indicted, if there isn't, they should be released."
