Settler leader: Gov't actions responsible for terror attack

"The government is responsible for the murder today," Kiryat Arba council head Tzvi Katsover said Friday following the death of two Israelis in a shooting attack near Hebron. The two dead were Kiryat Arba residents. "The government frees terrorists, gives them weapons and the results on the ground are clear," Katsover said.
