Settler suspected of incitement against judge

A 16-year-old girl was arrested on Tuesday afternoon on suspicion of hanging inciting notices on the fence of Supreme Court Justice Ayala Procaccia's home and trespassing on her property. The girl, a Kiryat Arba resident, refused to cooperate with police and would not accept that she was under criminal investigation. She claimed her arrest was criminally motivated saying, "the court doesn't act according to Torah law." The girl has been was remanded in custody until Thursday.
