Prime Minister Ariel Sharon will undergo heart catheterization on Thursday at Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital in Jerusalem.
He will be hospitalized for approximately 24 hours.
The procedure was first announced following the prime minister's mild stroke two weeks ago.
