Sneh: Hebron settlement requires heavy IDF support

Deputy Defense Minister Ephraim Sneh said Wednesday in response to Defense Minister Amir Peretz's decision to evacuate the occupants of a Hebron building whose ownership is disputed that settlement in and around Hebron required extensive deployment of IDF forces, and settlers could not make such decisions independent of the government, Israel Radio reported.
