Sneh says Israel must build up capability to attack Iran

Israel must build up its ability to attack Iran if sanctions against Teheran's burgeoning nuclear program prove ineffective, Army Radio quoted former deputy defense minister Ephraim Sneh saying Wednesday.
Earlier, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad announced that his country was successfully operating 3,000 centrifuges for the purpose of enriching uranium.
