An IDF soldier was arrested several days ago on suspicion of providing Palestinian terror organizations with at least three assault rifles in recent months.
According to the soldier, who is of Druse origin, he provided the weapons as a result of threats and extortion.
Army Radio reported that the soldier was the one who initiated the investigation; he even tried to commit suicide last week.
