An unarmed soldier claimed Sunday that he escaped an attempted kidnapping at Elyakim junction.
The soldier said that three passengers in a white Mazda tried to force him into the vehicle.
The soldier said he managed to escape but that his bag was stolen.
Police were investigating the soldier's claims and were searching for the suspects.
