Soldiers catch bomb belts at Nablus roadblock

Soldiers of the Haruv battalion thwarted plans by terrorists to launch a suicide bomb attack in Israel when they nabbed two Palestinians, aged 20 and 21, carrying explosive belts at the Beit Iba checkpoint northeast of Nablus on Friday afternoon. Soldiers manning the position became suspicious of the Palestinians' behavior and stopped them for inspection. Along with the two bomb belts, the soldiers found a knife and an improvised handgun.
