Some Amona houses cleared of barricaded protesters

Three houses in Amona were cleared of the protesting settlers and their supporters who barricaded themselves in, on, and around the structures scheduled for destruction. The protesters climbed on the rooftops of nine structures in the outpost, trying to serve as human shields, in an attempt to prevent the clearing of Amona. The demonstrators devided themselves among the houses according to gender, trying to prevent the "inappropriate intermingling of the sexes."
