TA celebrates World Heritage status all night long

In honor of the three-year anniversary of Tel Aviv's election as a UNESCO World Heritage City, the municipality held an all-night party overnight Thursday. The city's museums and libraries were open all night, and various themed parties were held at different city squares and beaches. The central synagogue in the city held a night-long study and prayer session headed by the city's Chief Rabbi Yisrael Meir Lau. The municipality told Army Radio early Friday that the public was enthusiastically attending the activities in large numbers.
