The Secondary School Teachers Union announced on Tuesday that grades 7-12 at Tel Aviv area schools would be closed on Wednesday due to the teacher strike.
The teachers have been protesting delays in salary agreements for several weeks.
Matriculation exams, preparatory exams and supplementary classes for learning-disabled students will take place as usual.
