Taiba man killed in traffic accident

Twelve other people injured in several traffic accidents in the North and the Jerusalem area.

Fuad Ahmad Hilami, 24, from Taiba, was killed when a bus collided with his car on Route 71 near Beit She'an, early Tuesday morning. The bus driver was lightly injured in the accident, which occurred next to Kibbutz Geva. On Tuesday afternoon, a woman was seriously injured when she was hit by a bus in Jerusalem, Army Radio reported. Earlier, seven people were injured in a head-on collision between two Palestinian cars in the West Bank's Binyamin area - one critically, one seriously and the others lightly. In the Kabri Junction, near Nahariya, three people were injured in another head-on collision between two cars. The injured - two of them in moderate condition and another with light injuries - were taken to Nahariya Hospital. The junction was intermittently closed and opened to traffic by police officers, who were directing the traveling cars.
