Education Minister Yuli Tamir accused the Finance Ministry Monday of paralyzing her offices by not allocating money for reforms.
In an interview with Army Radio, Tamir said that "the Finance Ministry say they have money but wish to design the reforms themselves. Then, only if they agree to this development or that, will they allocate money."
"This kind of thing paralyzes the education system for years to come," Tamir emphasized.
The Finance Mininstry has not yet commented.
