Teachers Union head: Most of deal was possible 'without one day of strike'

"Most of the points in [Thursday's] deal could have been achieved without one day of strike," Teachers Union head Yossi Wasserman said.
Wasserman added that the Secondary School Teachers' Organization had missed an opportunity to bring about a significant improvement to the position and salary of secondary school teachers.
