Teen charged with killing 2 friends in horrific accident on Coastal H'way

An 18-year-old was charged Tuesday with killing his two friends, Yossi Ben-Nayim and Sa'ar Asraf, in a horrific accident last November.
The teen was indicted on suspicion of manslaughter as well as a series of other traffic offenses.
The accident took place on the Coastal Highway, when the accused allegedly attempted to overtake another vehicle at high speed.
The date of the case has not yet been set.
