The National Security Council revealed on Thursday that the number of terror alerts targeting Israelis abroad has decreased.
Following this decline, the council said, the previously dangerous Turkey, South America, and much of Africa and Asia, were now deemed relatively safe.
Still, Israelis were warned not to travel to the Sinai Peninsula and Jordan. Southern Thailand, the Philippines, Kashmir and some other countries were still deemed dangerous to Israeli tourists.
