Orpaz Yisha'ayahu, a 3-year-old girl from Beersheba, drowned in the Dead Sea Thursday evening.
A Magen David Adom team tried to resuscitate her but did not manage to save the girl.
Apparently, the girl's family did not notice their daughter had entered the water until it was too late to save her.
Arad Police is investigating the incident and will try to determine if the parents are guilty of negligence.
