Top Hamas fugitive arrested in West Bank

The Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency), the IDF and an elite border police force arrested the head of Hamas's armed branch in the West Bank overnight Monday. Ibrahim Hamed has been wanted by Israel since 1998 and he is allegedly responsible for killing dozens of Israelis and wounding hundreds more in terror attacks, including the bombing of the Moment Cafe in Jerusalem and the blast at the Hebrew University cafeteria.
