The IDF killed two wanted Aksa Martyrs' Brigade operatives in Nablus on Friday and arrested two other fugitives. In the course of the operation, the troops surrounded a building near a cemetery in the outskirts of the city, where four armed Palestinians were hiding. Occasional exchanges of fire erupted between the IDF and the Palestinians in the building. The surrounded operatives also threw two explosive devices at the forces. Eventually, two of the Palestinians turned themselves in, while a body of one of the fugitives was found. After initiating a search for another fugitive, the IDF found his body with his weapon next to him. At that point, the operation came to an end, and the troops left the city.
