Two Israeli travelers survived storm in Myanmar

The two Israeli travelers who were missing in Myanmar have been located after nearly a week,since a storm devastated the southwest Asian country. One of the previously missing travelers, Ma'ayan Kalu, 23, sent an email Thursday evening to his family in which he wrote that he was well and had not been able to contact his parents due to communications having been disrupted by the storm. The second traveler, Amit Afrati, 26, spoke Thursday evening with members of his family and told them that he had been staying in a monastery during recent weeks and, consequently, had not heard of the disaster.
