Tzudkevitch, fighter for disabled support, dies

Arieh Tzudkevitch, one of the leaders of battle for the disabled, passed away from a prolonged infection Monday morning at Ichilov hospital in Tel Aviv. Tzudkevitch, 56, came into the public eye in 1999 when he led a strike demanding greater state support for disabled persons. He was especially active in a public strike for the disabled in 2002. His funeral was scheduled for Tuesday afternoon.
