Vilna'i to undergo operation to remove growth from his lung

Deputy Defense Minister Matan Vilna'i was set to undergo an operation on Sunday to remove a growth from his right lung.
Doctors said that the growth, which was discovered during a routine examination last week, was apparently benign.
