Voters find ballots already cast in their name

Two Jerusalem residents and a Haifa resident complained Tuesday that upon arriving at their designated polling places, they discovered that someone else had already voted in their name. Police believe that the people who voted earlier used forged ID cards, Israel Radio reported.
