US envoy David Welch met in Ramallah Saturday with Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas and Saeb Erekat.
On Sunday, Welch is scheduled to meet Acting Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni, and Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz to discuss the political reality created by Hamas's victory in the PLC elections.
