Woman killed in vehicle collision in central Israel, two others injured

A woman was killed Sunday in a head-on collision between two vehicles near Beit Govrin, in central Israel.
Two other people were moderately-to-seriously injured in the accident, and were evacuated by helicopter to a nearby hospital. The woman, who was initially in critical condition, died of her wounds before she could be evacuated.
Police closed off the road and said they were investigating the incident.
