Attorney-General Menahem Mazuz ruled on Wednesday that the assassins of tourism minister Rehavam Ze'evi are to stand trial in a civilian court.
Ze'evi was gunned down in a Jerusalem hotel in October 2001.
Security forces captured his killers in March during a raid in Jericho.
