Foreign Ministry has yet to contact 20 Israelis in India

Three people reported dead in the area of Mumbai's Chabad House on Thursday morning were not likely to have been Jewish, Israel Radio's foreign news editor announced.
Meanwhile, 20 Israelis have not yet been reached by the Foreign Ministry in Jerusalem, the report said.
