A five-room apartment in the luxurious Carmel-and-Sea project in the French Carmel has sold for almost NIS 2 million, while three four-room apartments have sold for more than NIS 1.3 million each in recent weeks, reports Yediot Haifa. The sales are marking new highs in prices of upmarket apartments in the Haifa area.
According to the report, the Carmel-and-Sea project consists of three residential towers containing a total of 216 apartments. The first two buildings have already been fully occupied, and apartments in the third building were recently offered for sale - and were immediately snapped up. The five-room apartment sold for NIS 1,990,000, while three four-room apartments sold for NIS 1,337,000 each and a three-room apartment sold for NIS 1,033,000. Buyers are able to move in immediately.
