Some 257 apartments and a 5,000-square meter commercial center are being planned for the heart of Tel Aviv after Africa-Israel Investments, the giant real estate company owned by billionaire Lev Leviev, purchased a large block of land in Rehov Ibn Gvirol recently, reports www.local.co.il.
The company is planning to build a 40-story residential tower containing apartments of four or five rooms. The report said the company expects rapid approval of its building plans.
