Herzliya will open its new Rehov Naomi Shemer to traffic this month after spending NIS 30 million on straightening and upgrading the former Kvish Hawadi, reports www.local.co.il. The city has installed a new drainage system, traffic lights and an acoustic wall along the old highway, and is now building a new park on the western side of the road.
