Abbas declares 3 days of mourning after IDF strike

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas declared a three-day mourning period on Wednesday morning after an IDF tank strike in northern Gaza that killed at least 18 civilians.
Earlier, Abbas called an emergency meeting of the Palestinian government to discuss the incident.
