At least three people were killed during a raid on the Bayada district of Homs last Thursday, an activists' organization said, in what was the second day of attacks on residential neighborhoods following night protests.According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, armored Syrian forces killed at least 15 civilians in a similar assault on the Bab Amro district of the city the day before.Tanks deployed in Homs three months ago after large protests demanding an end to 41 years of Assad family rule.Homs, Syria's third largest city, is 165 km north of Damascus.Click for full Jpost coverage of turmoil in the Middle East
