Amr Moussa says Saudi peace plan not negotiable

Arab League Secretary Amr Moussa said Sunday that the Saudi peace plan was not negotiable. "Any change to the initiative would damage the Palestinians' interests and could affect the peace process," he told Arab foreign ministers in Cairo. According to Israel Radio, Moussa's comments came in response to Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni's statement on Thursday that the peace plan was unacceptable to Israel in its current format.
