Syrian President Bashar Assad will head to Cairo on Sunday to meet Egyptian leader Hosni Mubarak, the Saudi daily Al-Watan reported.
The two leaders are expected to discuss the international pressure on Syria in addition to the situation in the Palestinian and Iraqi arenas.
