A suicide bomber killed at least 14 people and wounded 21 others when he detonated his explosives among a group of police volunteers on Thursday, police said.
The attack occurred at 7:15 a.m. at a police college in eastern Baghdad, authorities said. The attacker was wearing a belt laden with explosives, and four of the dead were policemen.
On Wednesday, two suicide car bombings killed at least 19 people in the capital.
