Hamas security officials said on Thursday that a powerful blast tore through a two-story house in northern Gaza, killing two people and injuring 20. According to the officials, the house belonged to a top Hamas commander. It was not clear whether Ahmed Hamudi was inside the house at the time of the blast. Witnesses said an IAF aircraft fired a missile at the house in the town of Beit Lahiya. The IDF said it was looking into the report.
