A car bomb exploded near a police station in the Iraqi capital on Wednesday, killing at least six people and wounding nine, police said.
The blast occurred at about 7:30 p.m. in an intersection near the Rafidayn police station in the Shi'ite slum of Sadr City, a police officer said.
The fatalities included two policemen and four civilians and the wounded six civilians and three policeman, the officer said.
