Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas is to address his people "very soon" to discuss next move after coalition talks with Hamas reached a deadlock, the chief Palestinian negotiator said Friday.
On Friday, Abbas convened the PLO Executive Committee to discuss his choices. He asked some of the committee members to come up with a detailed list of options, to be presented at another meeting on Saturday, said a top Abbas aide, Saeb Erekat.
Abbas will also deliver a speech to the nation very soon to talk about the next steps, said Erekat.
