In the West Bank armed Fatah al-Aksa Martyrs Brigades gunmen fired shots in the air adjacent to the governor's compound in Tulkarm Thursday morning while the Palestinian Authority vice premier Nasser din-Sha'ar was visiting the city.
The shooting was an apparent result of recent tensions between Fatah and Hamas.
