Several Palestinians were wounded Monday evening in a shooting attack near the Erez border crossing.
According to initial reports, Hamas gunmen opened fire on Fatah members who were assembled at the crossing, hoping to leave the Gaza Strip.
The victims were reported in varying condition. Some received first aid from IDF troops on guard at the crossing, while Magen David Adom ambulances were scrambled to the scene to treat others.
