Germany offers to mediate for Israel and Hizbullah

German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said Friday that his government would be happy to mediate between Israel and Hizbullah for the return of the kidnapped soldiers.
"I never said 'no' to anyone who asked for help," he said at the end of a meeting with Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni.
