Hamas allows banned paper to resume distribution in Gaza

Hamas has allowed a banned newspaper to resume distribution in Gaza.
The newspaper, al-Ayyam, is associated with Hamas' Fatah rivals. A court in Hamas-ruled Gaza ordered the ban 79 days ago because it published a caricature of a senior Hamas official.
On Thursday, Sami Kishawi, manager of al-Ayyam's Gaza operations, said he had received copies of the newspaper for distribution. The papers were sent from al-Ayyam's West Bank headquarters through Israel to Gaza.
