Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh on Wednesday blamed the United States for his government's inability to pay its workers' salaries.
He claimed that the PA has succeeded in raising the funds needed to pay the Palestinian Authority's civil workers, but that the government had no way of transferring payments into the workers' accounts.
