Lebanese Parliament and Hizbullah member Muhammad Ra'ad called for a ceasefire in southern Lebanon in an Al-Manar television broadcast overnight Wednesday.
Earlier, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad made an identical plea, Israel Radio reported.
